done in passageway... but dear2 says its abit not straight...
need to align again when placing the down lights...

After getting a few queries... n comparing them, we finally settled on our ID,
Maple Design-ID: Lawrance.
Read a few positive remarks on him from Punggol forum n he did quite alot of units in C1,
dear2 says he feels more comfortable with him so settled with him.

Dunno issit us think too much or wat, but it seems like his attitude change abit after we pay him the 1st payment... maybe he not earning much from our reno...? xp
Lets see his attitude this Sunday... dear2 going to fix up the electrical stuffs himself...

Opened door ceromony done on 21st Sep. tks to Mummy & Zek Gong to help us see the feng shui~
according to them, our unit is at a very prosperous location from wat they see from those compass thingie BUT outside our unit is not good lor cause ALOT of swords la... "xiao ren" etc all pointing towards us!!!

can u see?
all those corners... roads... LRT tracks... etc... are all inauspicious sharp edges & we need to ward off them by putting something outside our window...

advises us to put Shan Hai Zhen outside all our rooms & living rooms

this is hw a Shan Hai Zhen loks like~

n advise tt if still not powerful enough, we can put 2 HuLu with 6 "bi qian" beside the Shan Ha Zhen~

Char's room: Same, bed gotta place tt side, aircon need to be on right side cannot directly in the middle.

LR: Our auspicous points!
1: on the right hand side of the entrance to passageway, can place water feature to enhance :)
2: the side on our dining area facing the passageway, need to put "koi or carp" artwork/ paint to enhance.
PS: Im now trying to find modern looking Koi paintings or artwork leh!!! if u happen to see outside let me knw k! tks in advance...!!!

Kitchen: Actually for kitchen, the actual HOB position is very good BUT HDB spoil it... by letting the water pipe go tt way... :(
Hob equals to something like the family's property "家产" so its very important also
& if we were to place our hob below the water pipe...
our "property" will not be able to be prosperous cause no fire = cannot burn= cannot "wang'!
cause water above n water below
so we need to place it on the right side of our kitchen!
so no more sliding door... :(
only can do PD door...
